Overview February's high temperatures stayed around normal until the 17th where they rose above normal. Low temperatures stayed below normal for nearly the entire month. Temperatures dropped below freezing 17 times this month, including 8 days that were below 30°F. The average high temperature was almost two degrees above normal while the average low temperature was three degrees below normal. No new temperature records were made this month. There was less than half an inch of precipitation this month, which is over four and a half inches below normal. No new precipitation records were set this month. Total water year precipitation (since October 1) is 49% of normal.
