Overview

April's high temperatures tended to be below normal until the 19th. The remainder of the month had high temperature staying above normal. Two days were at least 10°F above average (the 23rd and the 28th).

The low temperatures this month tended to stay below normal until the 21st. During this time, the temperatures hit freezing twice, the 10th and the 14th, and went below freezing once, the 19th. From the 22nd on, the low temperatures were higher than normal, including two times that were over 10°F above average - the 23rd and the 28th.

The average high temperature for the month was a little over 1 and a quarter degree above expected, and the average low temperature was essentially normal.

No new temperatures records were made this April.

There was nearly 3 inches of precipitation this month, which is about a quarter of an inch above what was expected.
